Our first ever stall was in April 2018. We rocked up at Winchester Farmer’s Market with bags on enthusiasm and our new cooking kit! We quickly set up our first attempt of the street food kitchen and then shopped for ingredients from the other producers. Despite over-estimating what we could serve, we made absolutely delicious brunch and lunch options and received a lot of positive feedback for our existence! This re-confirmed why we were doing what we’re doing and led us to growing and developing our work with Hampshire Farmer’s Market from then till the present day.
